The Worden School of Social Service's Delta Delta Chapter of the Phi Alpha Honor Society for Social Work affords social work students three opportunities to join: Summer, Fall, and Spring. Summer Applications are due by June 24, 2016.
Membership Requirements:
Membership is available to all Worden MSW students (online, on campus, & RGV campus).
Eligibility: complete 9 credit hours of social work courses and have at least a 3.5 GPA
We request San Antonio area Phi Alpha members attend meetings and support chapter activities and outreach initiatives. Phi Alpha members attending the online and RGV programs should complete four hours of community service each calendar year (Jan 1 to Dec 31) to further their social work knowledge and experience. We ask that you email us at phialpha@ollusa.edu with a brief narrative of where you served and the impact of your efforts by March 1, 2018.
Provisional: If you do not meet the requirements for full membership but want to be involved in chapter activities you can become a provisional member of the Delta Delta chapter.
