Scheduled Engage Maintenance

Dear students and faculty,
 
Engage will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on October 20, 2024 between 12:00 AM midnight ET and 6:00 AM ET. If you access Engage during the update, you will be directed to the maintenance page. Access will be restored as soon as the update is complete.

MSW Fall B 2024 Begins Saturday, October 12th!

Fall B 2024 classes start Saturday, October 12th. 

  • Students will be able to access their class in Engage the Thursday before the term start date.
  • If you have not already done so, please confirm your registration by accepting the Financial Responsibility Policy in your Student Portal.
  • Please check your student email regularly so you do not miss any important communication. If you are having trouble accessing your email, please contact the IT Help Desk at: 210-431-3908 or helpdesk@ollusa.edu 
  • You can check your registration under Student Planning on Saints Connect. If you have questions about your registration, please reach out ASAP.
  • If you need to drop your Fall B course, let me know PRIOR to classes beginning for 100% refund. Drops after classes begin may result in financial responsibility. Any questions about financial responsibility, please reach out to your Financial Aid Counselor.
  • Students MUST include their Student ID in ALL communication including phone calls and emails.

Please read: Engage Issues Resolved / First Day of Fall Classes

As of today, August 23rd, at 2:20pm (CST), all students should have access to their Fall 2024 courses that begin on Saturday, August 24th. 

If you continue to have trouble accessing your course in Engage you may need to click on ‘My Profile-view Dashboard’ or ‘Show all courses’ in the left-hand drop-down menu. If you continue having trouble please contact the Engage Help Desk.

Our team is working to implement a long-term solution to prevent further issues, these tips can help you keep records of your work in the event of further issues.

  • When you first log into a class - Download syllabus and save instructor's contact information. 
  • Discussions - Type and save all discussion posts and replies into a word document that is saved to your computer or OLLU OneDrive. 
  • Assignments - Save a copy of all assignments to your computer or OLLU OneDrive
