RE: Colleague Maintenance – Saturday, April 29, 2017 at 10:00pm
Necessary routine maintenance on the Colleague server will be performed this Saturday, April 29, 2017, beginning at 10 p.m. (CST). The work is expected to take four hours to complete and a communication will be sent when maintenance is completed.
Services impacted are: Colleague access, WebAdvisor and the course display section of Blackboard within the myOLLU portal (direct links to Blackboard are accessible and are available under the Links section), ImageNow document linking to Colleague, adhoc reports in our Informer reporting tool will not be available, and transaction processing between our ecommerce system and Colleague will be halted.
