You might have experienced an outage yesterday during the mid to late afternoon. This outage lasted about 4.5 hours and has since been resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please be aware that during this outage, neither students nor faculty had the ability to access the portal. The system was restored at 6:30 pm CST yesterday so if you logged in later and didn’t experience the outage, you do not need to do anything at this time.
If you were unable to submit your week 1 assignment yesterday, please reach out to your instructor directly and let them know so they can work with you on a possible extension.
With the holiday on Monday and the campus closure yesterday due to inclement weather, members of the Financial Aid department are working quickly and diligently to update all pending financial aid files. Please be aware that all files have an extension to be processed by 5 pm CST on Monday 1/22/2018. Please ensure that you are communicating with the Financial Aid department. If you have completed your FAFSA and have a confirmation page email but have not checked your myOLLU Student Portal yet to accept your loans, please do so.
