For students who are locked out of their student email:

If you did not set up the Microsoft Multifactor Authenticator for your student email, you will remain locked out of your email and Student Portal account until you call the IT Help Desk at 210-431-3908.  

Please take of if this today so you can continue to receive important emails, as well as log into you Student Portal.
