Please read: Engage Issues Resolved / First Day of Fall Classes

As of today, August 23rd, at 2:20pm (CST), all students should have access to their Fall 2024 courses that begin on Saturday, August 24th. 

If you continue to have trouble accessing your course in Engage you may need to click on ‘My Profile-view Dashboard’ or ‘Show all courses’ in the left-hand drop-down menu. If you continue having trouble please contact the Engage Help Desk.

Our team is working to implement a long-term solution to prevent further issues, these tips can help you keep records of your work in the event of further issues.

  • When you first log into a class - Download syllabus and save instructor's contact information. 
  • Discussions - Type and save all discussion posts and replies into a word document that is saved to your computer or OLLU OneDrive. 
  • Assignments - Save a copy of all assignments to your computer or OLLU OneDrive

Fall 2024 classes start Saturday, August 24th. 

  • If you have not already done so, please confirm your registration by accepting the Financial Responsibility Policy in your Student Portal. 
  • Please check your student email regularly so you do not miss any important communication. If you are having trouble accessing your email, please contact the IT Help Desk at: 210-431-3908 or helpdesk@ollusa.edu 
  • Students MUST include their Student ID in ALL communication including phone calls and emails.
